The "Delizia al tartufo nero pregiato e cioccolato" is a unique recipe, quite easy and quick, without cooking and added sugars. It is composed of a crunchy base of dried fruit, filled with chopped strawberries, chocolate ganache and a crown of fresh strawberries, all enriched by the original presence of truffle, which gives to the recipe a special touch. If you are looking for an extraordinary cake to surprise your guests with, for a special occasion, you are on the right page!

Ingredients (for two people)

  • For the base : -500 g of dried fruit (almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, natural peanuts), -250 g of winter black truffles butter
  • For the strawberry base : -400 g of strawberries, -Lemon peel, -Black winter truffle to taste.
  • Ganache chocolate : -400 g of milk chocolate, -300 g of fresh cream

To complete : Strawberries, as much as you want.


Prepare the base : 1) Chop the dried fruit finely, add the butter to the black winter truffle, place the mixture in an open mould, distribute by pressing well on the sides and bottom. 2) Place in the refrigerator 

Prepare the strawberries : 1) Cut the strawberries into cubes, flavor with lemon juice and grated black truffle. Put aside. 

Prepare the chocolate ganache : 1) Chop the chocolate coarsely, put the cream in a saucepan and bring to the boil. 2) When it boils, turn off the heat, remove from the stove and pour the chocolate into the cream, stir with a hand whisk until the mixture is homogeneous, smooth and free of lumps. 3) Leave to cool 

Assemble the dessert : 1) Pour the chopped strawberries without the juice onto the base. Fill the chocolate ganache. 2) Add the strawberries 3) Place in the refrigerator for ten minutes before serving.

Notes : It can be kept in the fridge fot about 2-3 days.
