- Sliced chicken breast 300 g
- Fresh liquid cream 180 g
- Chives to taste
- Extra virgin olive oil to taste

- Peanut seed oil to taste

- Summer truffles 20 g
- Caviar 15 g
- Mayonnaise 50 g
- Edible gold leaves 12
PREPARATION HOW TO PREPARE FRIED CHICKEN MEATBALLS WITH CAVIAR AND TRUFFLE
To make fried chicken meatballs with caviar and truffle, start by cooking the chicken : place the chicken breasts in a pre-heated non-stick pan with a drizzle of oil. 1. Brown the chicken over medium heat for for about 5 minutes on each side, turning it with kitchen tongs 2.Add a pinch of salt 3. Transfer the chicken breast to a blender 4, then add the chives 5 and the cream 6. Blend until you obtain a soft and homogeneous mixture.
Form balls with the help of a teaspoon 7 and gradually roll them in the flour 8. Heat the seed oil in a saucepan to a temperature of 180°-190° and fry a few meatballs at a time 9. Once evenly browned, drain the meatballs on frying paper 10. In the meantime, cut the truffle into thin slices 11. Plate the fried chicken meatballs, adding a dot of mayonnaise under each one, then do the same thing on the surface 12. Place a slice of truffle on each meatball, covering the dot of mayonnaise 13, then complete with a teaspun of caviar 14 and a gold leaf 15. Your fried chicken meatballs with caviar and truffle are ready to be served!
STORAGE
We recommend consuming the fried chicken meatballs immediately. If necessary, they can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 days, in an airtight container.
