Our Italian Summer Truffle Minced (Tuber aestivum Vitt.) is made from carefully selected Italian summer truffles, minced and blast frozen to preserve their natural flavor, aroma and characteristics.
The Dark version is made from fully mature summer truffles, harvested when they have reached their optimal stage of maturity. This natural maturity gives the truffle its characteristic darker brown color and a more developed aroma and flavor profile.
Unlike many other minced truffle products on the market, our product is made with 100% Italian Summer Truffle. We do not mix our truffle with mushrooms, fillers, flavorings or other ingredients.
