Our Italian Summer Truffle Minced (Tuber aestivum Vitt.) is made from carefully selected Italian summer truffles, minced and blast frozen to preserve their natural flavor, aroma and characteristics.
The Light version is made from summer truffles that have not yet reached full maturity. For this reason, the truffle has a naturally lighter brown color compared with fully mature summer truffles, which generally have a darker brown interior.
Light refers exclusively to the natural degree of maturity of the truffle and does not mean lower purity or added ingredients.
Unlike many other minced truffle products on the market, our product is made with 100% Italian Summer Truffle. We do not mix our truffle with mushrooms, fillers, flavorings or other ingredients.
